The Tasting Menu
The opening menu will highlight a layered interpretation of modern Asian cuisine, drawing inspiration from Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and broader regional influences through a contemporary lens. Rather than centering the identity of the restaurant around a fixed signature dish or singular narrative, MŪJE is intended to evolve continuously over time.
The Dessert
Inspired by Singapore's iconic Merlion, this sculptural dessert features coconut mousse surrounding a rich espresso mousse, served with vanilla-coconut ice cream and pecan praline. A playful finale balancing creamy coconut with bittersweet coffee.
